Season 2008 Race calendar 2008 Season 2007 Stockholm 1.9.2007 Big disappointment, in the first sprint Olle crashed with Nick Bisterfeld in turn 2. The damage was so severe that we couldn´t continue the race. This led to the fact that we fell from 2nd to 4th place overall. TBR SEASON 2006 Its time to sum up season 2006! We had a good feeling going into season 2006, since we in the autumn 2005 bought a new boat, a composite Mollgard. We also invested in new engines and props! We were able to do some tests during the autumn. We found qute a few things we had to change or improve! During the winter we for example changed the set up of the boat so that it would fit better to my driving styl! At this point we also put up the goal for season 2006, to improve our place in the total standings and achieve at least one win! We also changed the coloring of the boat to better fit our main sponsors. The actual season started early May with a training session in The first race was in Nora, time trials went quite good but the sprint starts quite bad. In the final start I had to retire, not the best start for the season! Two weeks after that in Mariehamn it started out much better, got the pole position in the time trials, my first ever in F2000! In the first sprint I got out bad and drove a bit to much on the edge resulting in a barrel roll at the third buoy! Well there was not much to do after that, we got the boat up of the water and the whole team worked very hard to get my boat ready to the final! Had to start from the last place and finished at sixth place, quite good taking into regards the situation. In Motala everything went perfectly, fourth in time trials. In the sprints a first and fourth place that meant that I got the pole position for the final! A very good start and I lead the race from start to finish! First win with the new boat and a good award for the hard work the whole team had done! In Karlshamn we had some small problems again, we seemed to have a worse acceleration than the rest of the start field! The starts is almost everything in this class because all the boats have almost equal speed! Finished at seventh place in the final! In The last race in After six driven races I was in fourth place in the totals and second in the time trial cup! All in all the season went quite good, there was some ups and downs! We had the speed to fight for the victories but we have to improve the reliability and avoid Did not finishes (DNF)! From here it’s easy to go forward for the nest season, we know what and where we have to improve to achieve first place in the total standing!
